Kindly note that due to the nature of our products (digital downloads), we do not offer refunds. Unless there is a technical issue with a product, all sales are final.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. When placing an order with Stellas Design you can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt.
To be elegible to return a product, the item must remain not used and in the same conditions when you received it. It must also be stored in the same package.
Please email the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org :
- Customer name
- Invoice or confirmation mail
- Email addres that you used
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Articles you want to return
Our customer will contact you back as soon as possible.
Keep in mind that:
- Freight charges are paid by the customer.
- All items must be stored in the same status they arrived.
- Customer is responsible if the package arrives damaged.
- Keep the tracking number.
If the return is due to a defect in the products please send the following information to email@example.com:
- Customer name.
- Invoice or confirmation mail.
- Email address that you used.
- Order number.
- Reason for the return.
- Articles you want to return.
- Photographs of the damaged items and the outer package.
Once Stellas Design has checked your return will get back to you shortly to notify the return has been delivered. Stellas Design also will let you know if the refund has been approved or rejected.
If the refund is approved send the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Customer it will be processed and issued back to the original account linked to your original method of payment at the latest within 15 days.
Only articles not included on special deals will be completely refunded unfortunately special deals products cannot be refunded entirely only for the amount spent.
If you would like to exchange a product it is processed like a regular return. You can send us the product you are not interested in and place a new order in our web shop.
In cases where the order has been placed during a promotional campaign and has a discount the refund is based on the return. In cases where the requirements are not met the refund will be deducted.
Stellas Design really recommends to contract a trackable courier service if the purchase is higher than 60€. We cannot guarantee the return will be correctly delivered.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
